After years of selling beautiful homes across London, it turns out we have a mild (but persistent) pull towards the sea. So, as many of you know, instead of just escaping there at weekends like everyone else, we did something slightly more committed: we set up Brickworks by Sea.

We’re now quietly and consistently selling homes along the Sussex and Kent coastlines — places people escape to, not from. Think creative corners, restorative sea air, and a gentler pace.

We don't use boards, so you won't see our name splashed across future landfill for the sake of visibility. But, we're there; discreetly dipping our toes in the tide with a small local team, bringing our particular style of estate agency to a shoreline many people feel drawn to.
