THE OWNER SAYS

We’ve loved living here for the past seven years. The area has changed so much (for the better) and there’s always something to do. There’s so much more green space than you’d think with the marshes and three local parks nearby and it’s just so quick and easy to get everywhere with the overground less than a five-minute walk away, getting you into Hackney and the city, and Seven Sisters just 15 mins on foot for central London.

We adore our son’s nursery – Dorset Hall Parkside – and spend much of our time at our local coffee shop With Milk, True Craft for pizza, The Palm pub and Sushi Heads for the best sushi around. Bruce Grove is also handy with many shops and great pubs like The Bluecoats, The Beehive and The High Cross. Tottenham Hale is also a short walk away and there’s a lot changing there. The area feels really exciting at the minute – we can’t wait to see what the new public toilet coffee shop on Bruce Grove will be like!

We’ve completely renovated the house making it into a lovely and open family home, and because it’s on the corner, we have a really good size garden – compared to the surrounding houses – which has been host to many parties and barbecues! There’s sunshine around the house and garden almost all day, and we think the loft could make an incredible third floor.
