We adore everything about this flat. The fact that you have split-levels creates natural zones of use: the lower lends itself as a home office or guest bedroom (with personal shower room). The second floor is the linchpin with its glorious, open-plan entertaining space. While the upper level is the sanctuary within – a calming hideaway from the cacophony of urban life.
The design details in every room show skill and thought, but if pressed we would have to vote for the kitchen as our favourite spot in the flat. The contrast of the two-tone units, dark navy to white, tricks the eye (in a good way); accentuating the feeling of space, while the white brick-shaped tiles tie-in perfectly with the real, exposed brick fireplace. Every element has been realised with aplomb.

This is a lovely, spacious flat which gets amazing natural light throughout the day. The sun pours in to greet you in the morning and then bathes everything in a warm, golden glow in the afternoon/evening.
The open plan living area is a generous, flexible space that's as perfect for hosting friends as it is a quiet night in. The master bedroom is huge for a London flat, so there's space for a dressing area or desk if you want somewhere private to work.
The two bedroom, two bathroom set up means whoever is living/staying at the flat still has plenty of private space. This makes it easy to let out the second bedroom, host AirBnB guests or have the in-laws to stay.
We truly love the area. Our neighbours are wonderful, and Trinder Road is well placed to get the best of both Crouch End and Stroud Green. The parkland walk is a gloriously leafy stretch of green space that'll take you to Finsbury Park or Highgate Woods. Moreover, the Brave Sir Robin is a fantastic new craft beer pub that's opened just around the corner.
