Along a handsome road in Brockley lies this utterly delightful two-bedroom flat with dreamy garden, an exemplar of taste and character, as well as ticking the box on location.
St. Asaph Road, Brockley, 2 Bed. Flat
THE OWNER SAYS
The flat has been a wonderful first-family home. We particularly love our sunny garden and the light-filled living room. The cellar is brilliant for storage, meaning our flat is always tidy, even with a toddler!
People say you don't know your neighbours in London, but we count ours as friends. It's in a great spot, too - between Brockley and Nunhead with all the lovely independent shops, bars and restaurants. Peckham and New Cross as walkable options too. It also has excellent transport links with Overground trains to Victoria, London Bridge and City Thameslink.
The area is very leafy - with Telegraph Hill, Nunhead Cemetery, Hilly Fields and Peckham Rye all in close proximity. We are sad to be leaving but look forward to new owners being happy to call it their home.
