Mannock Road, Turnpike Lane, 2 Bed. Flat
THE OWNER SAYS
We’ve loved making a home at Mannock Road. The garden is a sunny sanctuary – south facing and backing onto an allotment – and is incredibly peaceful, you wouldn’t know you were five-minutes from the tube station. We spend every sunny day out here with a cup of tea or a glass of wine, and it’s been a real joy to see the seasons change and wildlife come and go. If we could take it all with us, we would!
Inside, we love the period features mixed with the warm wooden floors, whilst the sunlight streams into the kitchen and the office, which has been wonderful to enjoy when working from home. The high ceilings and large storage space in the peaceful front bedroom is a godsend for anyone with a large wardrobe.
We also have real affection for our local neighbourhood. We’ve spent many evenings with friends at the Westbury, a warm and welcoming local that’s not even a five-minute walk away. Whilst the green expanses of Ally Pally and the village bustle of Crouch End are less than 30 mins on foot and where we spend most of our weekends.. If you love green spaces, great coffee or some local craft beer, then you will not be short of options in this neck of the North London woods!
