Kirkstall Avenue is a quiet street tucked away in what we think is the perfect corner of Tottenham. You’ll quickly become a regular at The Palm, Perkyn’s and Yard Sale Pizza, as well as leafy Downhills Park.

We love the flexibility of this home. The garden office is a quiet work-from-home space, while the kitchen & dining rooms have hosted many a raucous dinner party. The loft bedroom provides a private, hotel-like space for visiting friends and family, and the giant bath and gym have served as a perfect refuge for us when we’ve needed some R&R. We’ll dearly miss the community of Dorset Hall Parkside nursery and the outstanding schools nearby, and most of all our lovely neighbours, many of whom have become great friends.
