BRICKWORKS SAYS
This pristine two-bedroom flat is on the first floor of a new-build block designed by fourth_space architects. The combination of brutalist foundations and luxe finishes— raw concrete against elegant brass, exquisite woodwork and immaculate marble—achieves a beautiful contrast.
The large kitchen/living room opens onto a south-facing corner balcony, ideal for year-round entertaining. Separated from the communal space by French doors and a hallway lined with built-in storage, the master bedroom has an en suite shower room and its own, private balcony. Expanses of glass filter light through the entire flat, playing off the subtle colour palette and clever mix of textures. You can feel the architectural rigour right down to the fittings, and the almost unheard-of A-rated EPC.
The block has a communal garden backing onto the Overground, so it's private, yet oh-so connected. (Kings Cross is 15 minutes from the doorstep via Victoria Line service.) Some of the finest cafes, bars, music venues and restaurants in the capital are a short stroll away, and there's even dedicated bike storage, so you can take leisurely rides around the neighbourhood or to any of the popular parks from Islington to Stoke Newington and beyond.

The property is covered by the National House Building Council's warranty (7 years remaining).
THE OWNERS SAY
We fell in love with this flat for its lateral space and its lovely south-facing balcony with treetop views. The interior is wonderful and offers all of the comforts of living in a newly built flat—a great layout, floor-to-ceiling doors and windows, plenty of storage and two balconies— all with finishes and materials that feel warm and comfortable.
The property is located right in the middle of so many of our favourite places in Islington. We are a 10-minute walk to Highbury & Islington, as well as the restaurants and shops of Upper Street, but we’ve also found many gems towards Newington Green. Canonbury Overground station is just minutes away and offers easy access to much of the city, and between Highbury Fields to the west, Clissold Park to the north, and the New River Walk in Canonbury to the south, there is ample green space to enjoy.
