We have loved living in Dalecroft and making it our own over these years. Being on the top floor gives the flat a sense of space, great light and a wonderful view of Clissold Park and the spire of St Mary’s Church. No party walls also mean we hardly ever hear the neighbours. The storage space is fantastic, as the flat has sole access to the communally owned attic space in the block as well as a large garage downstairs.
We’ve lived in the area for six years, and the location is hard to beat. We spend time in the park every day. Woodberry Wetlands and the climbing wall are only a short walk away. The flat is also within walking distance of Stoke Newington Church Street, the Clissold Leisure Centre, restaurants like Primeur, Jolene and Perilla in the Newington Green area and all of the fantastic Northern African grocers of Blackstock Road.
