We moved to Tottenham for the community that's here. We've made great friends with people on our road and the surrounding area. We love that every time you leave the house you bump into someone you know and our kids can have an impromptu play. (We love it so much we have decided to move only 5 minutes away.)

Our house is unique because it's the end of a terrace, so not only is it particularly peaceful, but also it gets the sun the entire day as our kitchen extension is south-facing. The road is quiet and full of families.

We are perfectly placed in this peaceful cluster of streets which are close to the park while also being well connected and a short walk to local amenities. We love our corner shop at the end of the road; we'll miss having all those emergency supplies only 30 seconds away.

Recent work:
In 2017, the current owners rewired the property and installed new radiators throughout. In 2018, the rear windows were all replaced with bespoke wooden sashes, befitting the home's original era. An extension into the kitchen side return was completed in 2020, and an L-shaped dormer loft extension was added in the same year. In 2020, the main bathroom was renovated and a freestanding roll-top bathtub was added.

There are further bus routes just a five-minute walk away. Seven Sisters (Victoria & Weaver lines, Z3) is a 15-minute walk, and South Tottenham (Suffragette line, Z3) is 20 minutes away on foot. Cycling is straightforward from here too, with the Cycle Superhighway 1 just two minutes away by bike.

Onward plans:
The current owners are staying local, as they love the area. They have completed on their next home and are able to sell chain-free.

Anything else:
The area is a designated Low Traffic Neighbourhood, making both cycling and walking pleasant and peaceful ways to get around. The River Lea is a short cycle away, acting as a green corridor that connects to the abundant green spaces of Epping Forest, Walthamstow Wetlands, and Hackney Marshes.
