We absolutely love this home. It has been a very special place to raise our three children, with lots of happy memories. It has such a spacious living area, which is perfect for family gatherings, and with lovely neighbours on both sides. The house has a lovely sun trap at the back and an oasis of adjoining gardens, away from the hustle and bustle of central London, which is only 25 minutes away on the tube from Turnpike Lane. Sunsets are best viewed from the loft, along with the Ally Pally fireworks.

We will sorely miss the amazing selection of cuisines at the end of the road on Lordship Lane and the brilliant international supermarkets – all within a couple of minutes walk. It was great to be able to choose between the local schools – plus a brilliant nursery where all our children have thrived. We’ve really felt at the heart of the community with a fantastic group of local friends.

The kids will really miss Lordship Rec, with its community hub, playgrounds, BMX track, model traffic system and skate park, which is only five minutes walk away. We will greatly miss living here!
