This charming, Victorian terrace had been a much-loved first home, but when they moved out of the city during lockdown the owners rented it out. Studio Brickworks completed a comprehensive decor job with bold paint choices. The team revived a tired galley kitchen in a stylish sage green, went back to black in the living room and opted for a bedroom in earthy tones. The outcome was a smart and up-to-date home, a packed weekend of viewings and many offers in the first two weeks.
